Subject	Anyone ever raced a Porsche Boxster?

Message	Had me a runnin with one. Don't know if it was Tiptronic of manual (manuals being faster). It looked to be a couple years old already and was definately NOT a Boxster "S". Three straight & flat, wide open lanes about a mile long, no traffic at time, from a stop light. We were even for about the 1st 50 feet or so. Then soon after that (around 60 mph), it was NO contest, I was approx. 6-8 car lengths ahead, at roughly 80+ mph. The Z felt like it could keep going & GOING still...But I didn't feel like pushing the issue and I never went past 6400 rpm. The guy was cool and nice, but I can't help kinda but feel sorry for all that $$$$$$ spent on the Boxster, well at least it's alot of $$$ to me...
